Why I am here: Because I fit! My Dad was a WWII Veteran PTSD (War Neurosis) sufferer and now I have the same problem from Vietnam and SE Asia. I'm here to share with others if needed!

My Dad was also named Fred. He died in January 2003 aged 84


My Step Mum is Sonia, now aged 87. She is in a local nursing home suffers from severe dementia


Ambitions...
THINGS I PLAN TO DO BEFORE I DIE
  1. Publish all of my writings

  2. Update and re-write the family history that was done by another in 1960

  3. Visit friends in Burma, Uganda and Malawi and the US.

  4. Help as many people as I can!
